- • Your primary focus will be on meticulously managing the accounts payable process, from the initial receipt of invoices to the final payment, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
- • You will be instrumental in collecting, verifying, and processing all incoming supplier invoices, acting as the first line of defense for financial accuracy.
- • A critical part of your role involves renaming, organizing, and uploading these invoices into our accounting system, maintaining a clear and accessible digital filing system.
- • You will ensure that all invoices are accompanied by complete and appropriate documentation, making it easy for the accountant to post them correctly.
- • Beyond invoice processing, you will actively monitor our automated bank feeds, diligently identifying any missing receipts or unmatched transactions that require immediate attention.
- • Proactive follow-up with internal teams will be essential to obtain any missing invoices or supporting documentation, ensuring no financial record is left incomplete.
- • You will be responsible for preparing payment batches, which will then be submitted to the CFO for thorough review and final approval, demonstrating your role in the critical payment cycle.
- • Maintaining the integrity of our financial records is paramount; therefore, you will ensure that all accounts payable balances are reconciled correctly within the accounting system.
- • You will be expected to highlight any discrepancies identified during reconciliation and actively follow up to ensure their prompt resolution.
- • Your support will extend to assisting with essential month-end AP checks, contributing to the timely and accurate closing of our financial periods.
- • In addition to AP duties, you will serve as a crucial operational contact for bank compliance and documentation requests, liaising with financial institutions as needed.
- • You will also support timely responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, ensuring EverAI remains compliant.
- • This position requires a highly organized individual with an exceptional eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- • Experience with various accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP is highly desirable, as is comfort working with online banking portals and payment tools.
- • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations will be a significant advantage, reflecting the global nature of our business.
- • Perfect fluency in English is a must, coupled with strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively interact with a global team.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals.
- • Perfect fluency in English, with strong communication and collaborative skills.
- • Experience operating effectively in fast-growing/startup environments.
