- • We are seeking a highly disciplined and meticulously detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic Finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our rapidly scaling business. You will be entrusted with the critical task of managing supplier invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout the process.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of accounts payable operations. This includes the diligent collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be responsible for meticulously renaming, organizing, and uploading these documents into our accounting system, ensuring that each invoice is complete with all necessary supporting documentation for accurate posting by our accounting professionals.
- • A significant part of your role will involve managing our bank and payment activities. You will actively monitor automated bank feeds, promptly identifying any missing receipts or unmatched transactions. A key aspect of this will be proactive follow-up with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or essential supporting documentation required for proper record-keeping and audit trails.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in preparing payment batches for review and approval by our CFO, ensuring that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to financial transactions.
- • In terms of reconciliation and controls, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our accounts payable balances are consistently reconciled within the accounting system. You will be expected to highlight any discrepancies that arise and diligently follow up to ensure their prompt resolution. Your support will also be essential during month-end closing procedures, assisting with necessary AP checks to maintain financial accuracy.
- • Beyond core AP functions, you will act as a key operational contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This involves supporting timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related documentation requirements, ensuring our financial operations meet regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a closely related field.
- • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals/payment tools.
- • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
- • Perfect fluency in English, with strong communication and collaborative skills, and a doer mindset.
