- • In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of EverAI. You will work closely with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, to manage the intricate details of our accounts payable processes and contribute to seamless finance operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key to ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of supplier invoices. This includes the diligent collection, verification, and processing of all incoming invoices. You will be responsible for accurately renaming, organizing, and uploading these documents into our accounting system, ensuring that all necessary supporting documentation is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant. This meticulous organization is vital for maintaining clear financial records and facilitating efficient audits.
- • A significant part of your role will involve monitoring our automated bank feeds. You will be tasked with identifying any missing receipts or unmatched items, proactively investigating discrepancies, and following up with internal teams to obtain the required invoices or supporting documentation. This vigilance is essential for accurate bank reconciliation and timely payment processing.
- • You will play a key role in preparing payment batches, which will be submitted to the CFO for review and approval. This process requires a thorough understanding of payment terms, vendor details, and internal controls to ensure that all payments are accurate, authorized, and processed in a timely manner, thereby maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts payable balances are reconciled correctly within our accounting system. This involves actively highlighting any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process and diligently following up to ensure their prompt resolution. Your contribution to month-end AP checks will also be a critical component of our financial closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- • Beyond day-to-day operations, you will serve as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This includes supporting timely responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries. Your ability to gather and present information accurately will be vital in maintaining our banking relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- • Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools.
- • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
- • Perfectly fluent in English, with strong communication and collaborative skills.
