• • We are seeking a highly disciplined and exceptionally detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our Finance team. This pivotal role will involve the comprehensive management of supplier invoices, ensuring the punctuality and accuracy of all payments, meticulous reconciliation of accounts, and contributing to the maintenance of pristine finance operations. You will work in direct and close collaboration with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, gaining invaluable experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass Accounts Payable Operations, including the collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be responsible for renaming, meticulously organizing, and uploading these files into our accounting system, ensuring that all documentation is complete and ready for posting by the accountant.
• • In terms of Bank & Payment Activities, you will diligently monitor automated bank feeds, proactively identifying any missing receipts or unmatched items. You will be tasked with following up with internal teams to secure any necessary missing invoices or supporting documentation. Furthermore, you will prepare payment batches for the CFO's thorough review and subsequent approval, ensuring a smooth and efficient payment cycle.
• • Your role will also involve critical Reconciliation & Controls, where you will ensure that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the system. You will be expected to highlight any discrepancies and diligently follow up to ensure their prompt resolution. Additionally, you will provide essential assistance with month-end AP checks as required, contributing to the integrity of our financial reporting.
• • You will also serve as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests, and support the timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, or other bank-related inquiries, ensuring our operations meet all regulatory and banking requirements.
