- • This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our finance operations. You will be instrumental in managing the accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, collaborating closely with our Financial Controller and CFO to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices. This involves ensuring that each invoice is accurately recorded, properly documented, and ready for posting by the accounting team.
- • A key aspect of your role will be managing and organizing digital files. You will be responsible for renaming, categorizing, and uploading invoice documents into our accounting system, ensuring a clean and accessible financial record.
- • You will play a crucial role in bank and payment activities. This includes actively monitoring automated bank feeds to identify any discrepancies, missing receipts, or unmatched transactions.
- • Proactive communication will be essential as you will follow up with internal teams to secure any missing invoices or necessary supporting documentation, ensuring all transactions are fully substantiated.
- • Preparing payment batches for review and approval by the CFO will be a regular duty, requiring attention to detail and adherence to payment schedules.
- • The role also involves critical reconciliation and control tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the accounting system, maintaining the integrity of our financial data.
- • You will be expected to identify and highlight any discrepancies found during reconciliation processes and diligently follow up to ensure their prompt resolution.
- • Your support will be vital during month-end closing procedures, particularly in performing necessary Accounts Payable checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This requires a proactive approach to gathering and submitting information as needed.
- • You will also provide support in responding to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- • Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools.
- • Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken).
