- • This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our rapidly scaling organization. You will be an integral part of the Finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller and CFO to manage the accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously handle all incoming supplier invoices. This involves collecting, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each invoice, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is present, and then organizing and uploading these files into our accounting system. This diligent approach ensures that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date, providing a solid foundation for all financial operations.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve managing bank feeds and payment activities. You will actively monitor automated bank feeds, promptly identifying any missing receipts or transactions that require further investigation. Proactive follow-up with internal teams will be essential to obtain any outstanding invoices or supporting documentation needed to reconcile accounts.
- • You will be responsible for preparing payment batches, which will then be submitted to the CFO for review and final approval. This process requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all payments are processed correctly and on time, maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
- • The role also encompasses vital reconciliation and control functions. You will ensure that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the accounting system, highlighting any discrepancies that arise and actively pursuing their resolution. Your contribution to month-end AP checks will be invaluable in maintaining the accuracy of our financial statements.
- • Furthermore, you will act as a key operational contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This involves supporting timely and accurate responses to queries related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or other bank-specific documentation requirements, ensuring we remain compliant with all regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a closely related field.
- • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals.
- • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on detail and organization.
- • Experience operating in fast-growing startup environments and comfort with multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
