- • This role is crucial for supporting our Finance team, specifically in managing accounts payable and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will work closely with our Financial Controller and CFO, playing a key part in maintaining financial integrity and efficiency.
- • The core of your responsibilities will involve meticulous Accounts Payable Operations. This includes the collection, verification, and processing of all incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- • You will be responsible for renaming, organizing, and uploading invoice files into our accounting system, ensuring that all documentation is complete and ready for posting by the accountant.
- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to Bank and Payment Activities. This involves closely monitoring automated bank feeds to identify any missing receipts or unmatched items, proactively addressing discrepancies.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary invoices or supporting documentation, ensuring all transactions are properly substantiated.
- • Preparing payment batches for the CFO’s review and approval will be a key task, requiring attention to detail and timely execution.
- • In terms of Reconciliation and Controls, you will ensure that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the system, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
- • You will be expected to highlight any discrepancies identified during reconciliation and follow up diligently for their resolution.
- • Assisting with month-end AP checks and procedures will be part of your routine, contributing to the overall financial closing process.
- • Furthermore, you will act as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests, ensuring we meet all regulatory and banking requirements.
- • You will support timely responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, demonstrating our commitment to compliance.
- • This role demands a disciplined and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and collaborate effectively with a global team will be essential for success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related financial field.
- • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals.
- • Strong organizational skills with an extremely detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- • Perfect fluency in English, with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
