- • As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic Finance team. This position is integral to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our fast-growing company. You will be directly collaborating with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, contributing to the smooth functioning of our financial operations.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous management of supplier invoices, from collection and verification through to processing and ensuring timely payments. This involves a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain the integrity of our financial records.
- • You will be instrumental in organizing and uploading all incoming supplier invoices into our accounting system, ensuring that each document is correctly named and filed for easy retrieval and auditing purposes. This organizational rigor is key to efficient financial processing.
- • A significant part of your role will involve ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for the accountant to post transactions accurately. This proactive approach helps prevent delays and ensures compliance.
- • You will actively monitor our automated bank feeds, diligently identifying any missing receipts or unmatched transactions. Your vigilance in this area is critical for maintaining accurate financial reporting.
- • You will be responsible for following up with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or supporting documentation, ensuring that all financial transactions are fully substantiated.
- • Preparing payment batches for the CFO’s review and approval will be a key task, requiring careful attention to detail and adherence to payment schedules.
- • You will ensure that accounts payable balances are reconciled correctly within the accounting system, contributing to the overall accuracy of our financial statements.
- • Highlighting any discrepancies found during reconciliation and actively following up for their resolution is a vital part of maintaining financial control.
- • You will assist with essential month-end AP checks, performing necessary reconciliations and verifications to close the financial period accurately.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as an operational point of contact for bank compliance and documentation requests, ensuring that we meet all regulatory and banking requirements.
- • You will support timely responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- • Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools.
- • Perfect fluency in English, both written and spoken.
