- • As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Finance team, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. You will work closely with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our accounts payable processes and financial workflows.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous management of supplier invoices. This involves the proactive collection, thorough verification, and accurate processing of all incoming supplier invoices. You will be tasked with renaming, organizing, and systematically uploading these documents into our accounting system, ensuring that each entry is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve monitoring our automated bank feeds. You will be responsible for identifying any missing receipts or unmatched items, proactively following up with internal teams to secure the necessary invoices or supporting documentation. This diligence is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing.
- • You will play a vital role in preparing payment batches. This process requires careful attention to detail as you compile and organize payment information for review and final approval by the CFO. Your accuracy here directly impacts our ability to meet financial obligations promptly and efficiently.
- • Reconciliation and control activities are central to this position. You will ensure that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within the system, diligently highlighting any discrepancies and driving their resolution. Your support during month-end closing procedures, particularly with AP checks, will be invaluable in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as a key operational contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This involves supporting timely and accurate responses to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries, as well as other bank-related inquiries, ensuring EverAI remains compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- • This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain a high level of accuracy, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- • Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools.
- • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
- • Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken).
