• • As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all supplier invoices are accurately collected, verified, and processed in a timely manner. This involves meticulously renaming, organizing, and uploading invoice files into our accounting system, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and readily available for posting by the accountant. Your attention to detail will be paramount in maintaining clean and accurate financial records.
• • A significant part of your role will involve managing bank and payment activities. You will diligently monitor automated bank feeds, proactively identifying any missing receipts or unmatched transactions. You will be expected to follow up effectively with internal teams to secure any outstanding invoices or supporting documentation required for reconciliation. Furthermore, you will play a key role in preparing payment batches for review and approval by the CFO, ensuring that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately.
• • Maintaining the accuracy of our financial data through robust reconciliation and control processes is another core aspect of your responsibilities.
