- • As a Junior AI Video Creator & Editor at Creative Fabrica, you will play a key role in scaling the company’s content engine by transforming AI-generated concepts into polished, cinematic video assets for social platforms. Your work bridges the gap between raw AI output and professional storytelling, ensuring high-volume, high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement.
- • Day to day, you will leverage text-to-video and image-to-video tools to generate raw visual assets, stitch and edit AI-generated clips into cohesive 15–60 second narratives, perform human-in-the-loop polishing to fix glitches or continuity issues, integrate AI voiceovers and sound design, optimize content for various aspect ratios and platform-specific hooks, maintain brand consistency across high-volume deliverables, experiment with emerging AI tools, and establish KPIs to monitor latency, cost, and output quality while refining prompts for continuous improvement.

- • Proven experience using generative video tools
- • Proficiency in professional editing suites for manual stitching and color correction
- • Mastery of prompt engineering for both video and static imagery
- • Familiarity with AI audio tools for voice cloning and soundscapes
- • Strong understanding of social media pacing, 'hooks,' and retention-based editing
- • Ability to troubleshoot AI 'hallucinations' and maintain visual continuity across multiple generated clips
