• • We are actively seeking a Junior AI Video Localization Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to a rapidly scaling product, leveraging AI to ensure our content resonates natively across diverse global audiences. This is a foundational role where your contributions will directly influence how our product is perceived by users on multiple continents.
• • As a Junior AI Video Localization Specialist, you will be instrumental in adapting video content featuring our expert dog trainers for an international audience. Currently, we support over 8 languages, with continuous expansion planned, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
• • Key responsibilities will encompass the generation of AI-powered lip-syncs, meticulously working with footage of real individuals to achieve perfect lip synchronization for new locales. This involves ensuring the visual aspect of the video aligns seamlessly with the localized audio track.
• • You will manage the complete audio adaptation cycle, from selecting the ideal voice timbre to the final integration of the voice-over. This requires a keen ear for vocal quality and an understanding of how different voices impact audience perception.
• • A significant part of the role involves linguistic quality assurance. You will utilize AI tools to meticulously review translations, verifying their nativeness, accuracy of meaning, and cultural appropriateness for each target market.
• • Comprehensive Audio & Visual Quality Control (QC) will be a core duty. This includes assessing the quality of the voice-over and ensuring that the trainer's on-screen gestures and expressions align naturally with the new speech rhythm and cadence, maintaining an authentic feel.
• • You will actively participate in AI research, exploring and testing emerging AI tools and solutions in the market to continuously improve our localization processes. This role encourages innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• • Maintaining project timelines and ensuring the timely delivery of fresh content to our users is crucial. You will be responsible for managing deadlines and coordinating tasks to meet our content release schedules.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented mindset with a linguistic focus, enjoying the analysis of language nuances through logical reasoning. An enthusiasm for AI and new technologies, including familiarity with tools like ElevenLabs or HeyGen, is highly valued.
