📋 Description
- • Deeter Analytics is a privately held investment research and trading firm managing its own capital across public markets.
- • The company is hiring a Junior Analyst to own the daily rhythm of the trading day, reporting to the senior analyst who anchors the firm's daily markets coverage.
- • The Junior Analyst will be responsible for keeping the desk's picture of the market current, complete, and decision-ready from pre-market through the close.
- • The role involves digesting a large flow of information quickly and turning it into concise output the team can act on.
- • The Junior Analyst will be responsible for the morning picture, the calendar, intraday color, lists, screens, and alerts, ad-hoc desk support, and AI leverage.
- • The ideal candidate will be obsessed with markets, a fast and accurate processor, detail-obsessed, a crisp communicator, low ego and coachable, and calm at market speed.
- • The Junior Analyst will work on the market's clock, signal over noise, fast and exact, AI-native, and self-directed.
- • The core skills required for the role include markets fluency, information triage, synthesis at speed, working with data, and tooling and AI workflows.
- • The company offers a seat inside a live trading operation, a well-capitalized firm with a distinctive approach to markets, a deliberate growth path, a small, low-ego, fully remote team, and compensation of $100k - $150k + bonus.
