📋 Description

• As a Junior Category Manager for Dry Food at Rohlik Group SE, you will support the management and growth of assigned product categories, directly influencing what customers regularly order and shaping their shopping experience.
• Day to day, you will assist in supplier negotiations and category reviews, collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain on promotions and inventory management, prepare inputs for category strategy and Joint Business Plans, support new product launches and seasonal assortments, gather and evaluate supplier and internal team data on product availability, pricing, and market trends, and work with data, reports, and analyses to drive better commercial decisions.
• You will join a fast-paced, data-driven environment at Rohlik Group SE, a company transforming how people shop by offering fast, high-quality grocery delivery with a strong focus on excellent product selection, where decisions are made based on data, not hierarchy.
• In this role, you will develop your commercial acumen and analytical skills, gain hands-on experience in category management within the FMCG/dry food space, and progressively take on greater responsibility while seeing the tangible impact of your work on sales, margin, and customer loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in category management, purchasing, sales support, trade marketing, or a similar commercial role
• Strong interest in working with data, Excel, and identifying patterns and insights
• Good organizational skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Fluent Czech and communicative English
• Desire to grow in category management and gradually assume greater responsibility
