- • In the role of Junior Client Services Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing and supporting client relationships, ensuring the flawless execution of creator campaigns across a diverse range of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. This position requires close collaboration with our Campaign and Strategy teams to guarantee that clients feel consistently supported, creators are engaged and satisfied, and all campaign deliverables are managed with meticulous precision and efficiency.

You will be a key player in the client services function, acting as a crucial liaison between our clients and internal teams.
- • **Client & Internal Communication Support:**
- • You will provide essential day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring that all communications are timely, clear, and contribute to a smooth and collaborative working relationship.
- • Actively participate in client calls, meticulously taking detailed notes and diligently following up on all agreed-upon next steps and action items.
- • Foster and maintain aligned communication by working seamlessly with the Campaign, Strategy, and Creator teams, ensuring everyone is informed and working towards common goals.
- • Proactively manage client expectations, providing regular updates on campaign progress and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- • **Campaign Coordination & Delivery:**
- • Play a vital role in tracking campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and that the approval processes are managed efficiently.
- • Maintain the utmost accuracy and up-to-date status of all internal systems, project documents, and campaign assets.
- • Identify potential risks or roadblocks early in the campaign lifecycle and proactively communicate these to relevant teams, enabling swift mitigation and ensuring delivery remains on track.
- • Support the smooth operational flow of campaigns from inception to completion, acting as a key point of contact for logistical coordination.
- • **Performance & Reporting Support:**
- • Collaborate closely with the Data team to assist in the compilation of comprehensive campaign results and insightful performance analytics.
- • Contribute to the creation of detailed wrap reports, effectively highlighting key campaign outcomes, successes, and valuable learnings for clients.
- • Assist in gathering necessary data and qualitative feedback to ensure reports are thorough and provide actionable insights.
- • **Process & Quality Support:**
- • Actively seek out and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, streamline communication flows, and optimize delivery processes.
