- • As a Junior Client Success Manager at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a vital role in driving client satisfaction and growth by building strong relationships with advertisers and ensuring their campaigns meet ROI goals. This role is central to Nexxen’s mission of empowering clients through data-driven advertising solutions, directly contributing to customer retention and revenue expansion.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, manage and optimize advertising campaigns, analyze performance data from multiple platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Technical Operations, develop tailored strategies to maximize client budgets, and identify opportunities to grow both new and existing client relationships.
- • You will join the Client Success team at Nexxen, a global advertising technology company that unifies data and advanced TV solutions through its DSP, SSP, and Nexxen Data Platform. The team operates under the Nexxen Way—Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, Collaborative with No Ego—fostering a culture of hustle, commitment, and innovation in Tel Aviv.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in client relationship management, campaign optimization, data analysis using Excel and big data tools, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in the ad tech industry while building skills in analytics, communication, and goal-oriented execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English – reading, writing & speaking (Must)
- • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with big data and Excel to draw meaningful conclusions (Must)
- • Strong communication skills
- • Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks, on time and on target
- • Strong attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data
- • Strong team player with a can-do attitude – able to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and motivate others
- • High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach
- • Ability to meet targets and deadlines – goal oriented
