- • Translate master brand guidelines, campaign toolkits and raw recipe photography into thumb-stopping visuals that make people hungry, hitting daily output targets without ever compromising craft or consistency.
- • Partner daily with strategists, copywriters, motion designers and client stakeholders to interpret briefs, flag potential issues early and iterate rapidly, keeping feedback loops tight and approvals friction-free.
- • Leverage emerging AI tools (image generation, smart resizing, automated versioning) to accelerate production cycles, freeing you to focus on the creative details that elevate every asset from good to crave-worthy.
- • Build and maintain a living library of re-usable templates, iconography and motion snippets that empower the wider team to spin up new work faster while safeguarding visual coherence across campaigns and markets.
- • Champion zero-defect delivery by running rigorous pre-flight checks on colour profiles, typography hierarchy, accessibility standards and platform specs, ensuring every file is technically flawless before it leaves your desktop.
- • Contribute to weekly creative stand-ups, sharing fresh references, production hacks and cultural food trends that inspire the team and keep Unilever Foods culturally relevant and visually ahead of the curve.
- • Monitor live campaign performance dashboards and social listening tools, translating data insights into design tweaks that boost engagement and conversion, then feeding those learnings back into the next creative cycle.
