📋 Description

• We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team at Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates companies. As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our Ukrainian corporate structure, including projects of the Skelar Foundation.
• You will prepare, analyze, and negotiate contracts for businesses and infrastructure needs, mostly in foreign jurisdictions.
• You will conduct KYC checks on clients.
• You will participate in improving and automating internal processes, including contracts and KYC.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to support business processes and their legal compliance.
• You will help prepare legal consultations on risks, regulatory changes, and current business issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in legal support for businesses, including work with contracts and corporate issues.
• Good skills in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to work independently.
• Orientation towards practical solutions and understanding of business needs.
• Basic understanding of business processes and legal risks.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English for work with contracts and communication.
• Willingness to develop, multitasking, and growth in the team.
