- • The Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist will support EverAI’s compliance team by managing legal and regulatory workflows for the company’s AI companionship platform, ensuring adherence to global data protection, AI governance, and consumer rights laws.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, licenses, DPAs, TIAs), maintaining compliance documentation, conducting product feature reviews for legal compliance, handling IP issues like DMCA notices, and tracking evolving legal developments in AI and e-commerce regulation.
- • The role operates under the guidance of the Ethics & Compliance Officer, with regular check-ins to refine recommendations and build expertise in AI-specific legal challenges, including exposure to NSFW content as part of platform testing and moderation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Legal education (e.g., Master of Laws, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification)
- • 2–6 years of experience as legal counsel or in a similar role, with at least 2 years focused on contracts and data protection law (including practical experience with DPAs and TIAs)
- • Ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts in plain English and strong collaboration skills in English
- • Comfort reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated content, including NSFW material, as part of platform compliance and testing
