Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Belgium)

📋 Description

• • As a Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist at Ever AI Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for one of the world’s largest AI companionship platforms, supporting the company’s mission to build safe, ethical, and human-first AI experiences at scale.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing compliance with global data protection laws such as GDPR, preparing and maintaining legal documentation (including DPAs, TIAs, and AI system inventories), conducting product and feature reviews for legal and consumer rights compliance, handling standard IP matters like DMCA notices and contract reviews (NDAs, licenses), and monitoring evolving legal developments affecting AI and e-commerce platforms.
• • You will work closely with the Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO), receiving regular guidance and collaborating on recommendations, while operating within a fast-moving, innovative team of approximately 75 people led by experienced founders with backgrounds in scaling tech companies to IPO.
