- • The Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist will support EverAI’s compliance team by managing legal and regulatory workflows for the company’s AI companionship platform, ensuring adherence to global data protection, AI governance, and consumer rights laws.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, licenses, DPAs, TIAs), maintaining compliance documentation, conducting product and feature reviews for legal compliance, handling standard IP issues like DMCA notices, and tracking evolving legal developments affecting AI and e-commerce platforms.
- • EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with 50 million users, building the world’s largest AI companionship platform governed by its proprietary ethical AI moderation system, EverGuard. The company is backed by a founding team with proven success in scaling tech ventures to IPO and exit.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise at the intersection of AI, data privacy, and tech regulation, work closely with an experienced Ethics and Compliance Officer, and contribute to shaping responsible AI development at scale while gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal challenges in a high-growth environment.
