• • The Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist role at Ever AI Technologies Inc. involves owning legal and compliance workflows for a leading AI companionship platform with 50 million users, ensuring adherence to global regulations like GDPR and AI governance frameworks while supporting ethical AI development.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing compliance documentation such as Data Protection Agreements and Transfer Impact Assessments, reviewing contracts (NDAs, licenses), updating legal terms (TOS, Privacy Notices), conducting product feature reviews for compliance, tracking legal developments, and managing standard IP issues like DMCA notices.
• • The team is a small, passionate, and hardworking group of ~75 people led by experienced founders with backgrounds in scaling tech companies to IPO, operating fully remote with a culture of ownership, velocity, and innovation in AI companionship.
