- • The Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist will support EverAI’s compliance team by managing legal and regulatory workflows for the world’s largest AI companionship platform, ensuring adherence to global data protection, AI governance, and consumer rights laws.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, licenses, DPAs, TIAs), maintaining compliance documentation, conducting product feature reviews for legal compliance, handling standard IP issues like DMCA notices, and tracking evolving legal developments in AI and e-commerce regulation.
- • EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with 50 million users, backed by a founding team with proven success in scaling tech ventures to IPO, and guided by an Ethics and Compliance Officer with over a decade of litigation and in-house legal experience.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise at the intersection of AI, data privacy, and tech regulation, gain hands-on experience with AI governance frameworks, and contribute to ethical AI development while working alongside senior legal and compliance leaders in a high-impact, innovative environment.
