📋 Description

• • The Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist will support EverAI’s compliance team by managing legal and regulatory workflows for the company’s AI companionship platform, ensuring adherence to global data protection, AI governance, and consumer rights laws.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, licenses, DPAs, TIAs), maintaining compliance documentation, conducting product and feature reviews for legal compliance, handling standard IP issues like DMCA notices, and tracking evolving legal developments affecting AI and e-commerce platforms.
