Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Spain)

📋 Description

• • As a Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist, you will own legal and compliance workflows for EverAI’s AI companionship platform, ensuring adherence to global regulations such as GDPR and AI governance frameworks while supporting the Ethics and Compliance Officer in maintaining ethical, safe, and human-first AI development.
• • Day to day, you will prepare and maintain compliance documentation including Data Protection Agreements and Transfer Impact Assessments, conduct product and feature reviews for legal compliance, manage standard IP issues like DMCA notices, review contracts (NDAs, licenses), update legal terms (TOS, Privacy Notices), and track evolving legal developments affecting AI and e-commerce platforms.
• • You will join a passionate, high-velocity team of ~75 people led by founders with proven success in scaling web products to IPO, operating within a fully remote, elite culture that values ownership, creativity, and ethical innovation at the forefront of AI companionship.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise at the intersection of AI, data protection, and e-commerce law, gain hands-on experience with AI governance systems like EverGuard, and grow professionally through mentorship from a seasoned Ethics and Compliance Officer while contributing to a category-defining AI platform with 50M+ users and ambitious growth targets.
