📋 Description

• • As a Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist at Ever AI Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s AI companionship platform complies with global data protection, consumer rights, and AI governance laws, directly supporting ethical and safe product development at scale.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts (such as NDAs and licenses), preparing GDPR-compliant documentation like Data Protection Agreements and Transfer Impact Assessments, conducting product feature reviews for legal compliance, managing standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices), and tracking evolving legal developments in AI and e-commerce regulation.
• • You will join a lean, high-impact Compliance team of approximately 75 people, working closely with the Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO), a US-trained lawyer with over 10 years of litigation and in-house experience, to co-develop recommendations and ensure alignment with global regulatory expectations.
