📋 Description
- • As a Junior Paid Media Manager (Mensch) at WPP Media, you will support the development and operational execution of programmatic advertising campaigns for clients, focusing on creating efficient campaign strategies and leading initial cross-functional programmatic projects.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting campaign results to derive customer-focused recommendations, monitoring and evolving campaign setups in DSPs, collaborating with customer teams on audience and technology selection, supporting media buying teams in achieving media KPIs, and acting as an interface between specialist teams and external partners in an international environment.
- • WPP Media is WPP’s AI-driven media operating unit that combines media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale through the WPP Open platform, helping global brands navigate change and drive transformational growth with trusted intelligence and world-class partnerships.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in programmatic media, strengthen your analytical and presentation skills, gain hands-on experience with DSPs and data verification technologies, and grow professionally through WPP’s internal career programs and continuous learning opportunities within a diverse, inclusive network.
🎯 Requirements
- • First experience in the operational execution or consulting of paid media campaigns
- • Overview of the relevant digital media landscape (DSPs, data, inventory, ad & audience verification technologies)
- • Technical affinity, communication skills, and willingness to learn new things
- • Ability to structure data in Excel and PowerPoint and convey complex information clearly
- • Fluent communication in both German and English
