  • • Own the technical roadmap for NextRoll’s strategic integrations, translating partner APIs, data feeds, and SDK capabilities into high-impact product features that drive measurable revenue growth across our AdTech and MarTech stack.
  • • Act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of technical partnerships—from initial scoping calls and technical discovery, through integration design, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization—ensuring every milestone aligns with quarterly OKRs and customer success metrics.
  • • Deep-dive into partner documentation, sandbox environments, and AI/LLM capabilities (including MCP—Model Context Protocol) to prototype innovative ad-serving, audience, measurement, and creative workflows that differentiate NextRoll in a crowded ecosystem.
  • • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Revenue Operations to prioritize integration backlogs, write clear technical specs, and unblock dependencies so releases ship on time and at scale.
  • • Partner with our VP of Tech Partnerships and cross-functional GTM teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to craft compelling enablement assets—demo scripts, API cookbooks, solution blueprints, ROI calculators—that accelerate partner adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key technical stakeholders at partner organizations, running quarterly business reviews that showcase integration performance, surface new co-innovation ideas, and secure roadmap commitments.
  • • Monitor integration health through dashboards and telemetry; proactively identify latency, data-quality, or compliance issues, then orchestrate rapid fixes with engineering and partner teams to maintain 99.9% uptime SLAs.
  • • Evangelize NextRoll’s integration capabilities at industry conferences, webinars, and customer advisory boards, positioning yourself as a thought leader on topics such as cookieless identity, AI-driven creative optimization, and privacy-safe data collaboration.
  • • Translate customer pain points into actionable integration requirements, running voice-of-customer sessions and win-loss analyses that feed directly into the product roadmap and influence partner prioritization decisions.
  • • Maintain a living integration playbook that documents best practices, reusable code snippets, security checklists, and go-to-market templates—empowering internal teams to replicate success across new partnerships without reinventing the wheel.
  • • Champion agile experimentation by launching beta integrations with select design-partner customers, measuring KPI lift (CTR, ROAS, data-match rates), and iterating quickly before scaling to the full customer base.
  • • Stay ahead of regulatory and platform policy changes (GDPR, CCPA, iOS ATT, Google Privacy Sandbox) to ensure every integration remains compliant and future-proof, providing clear guidance to legal, privacy, and engineering teams.
  • • Mentor junior partner managers and solutions engineers, sharing frameworks for technical discovery, API mapping, and stakeholder management that elevate the overall capability of the Partnerships organization.
  • • Contribute to NextRoll’s AI Center of Excellence by piloting MCP-based integrations that enrich model context with real-time campaign and audience data, unlocking next-generation predictive bidding and creative generation features.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical partner management, or sales engineering within AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS platforms.
  • • Proven track record of shipping multiple API, data, or SDK integrations that generated >$5 M in attributable revenue or equivalent business impact.
  • • Hands-on fluency with REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, SQL, and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift); comfortable reading code and writing technical specs.
  • • Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem—DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, attribution, identity resolution, and privacy regulations.
  • • Nice-to-have: Experience with AI/LLM integrations, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or generative-advertising workflows.
