• • Senior Employee Advocacy Manager responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and growth of PartsBase’s employee advocacy program with a primary focus on LinkedIn, turning employees into authentic brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness, lead generation, talent attraction, and employee engagement.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program vision and roadmap, establishing KPIs tied to engagement and lead generation, coaching employees on LinkedIn best practices and personal branding, managing advocacy platforms like SocialHP and Hootsuite Amplify, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and HR on content development, and tracking metrics such as shares, impressions, click-throughs, and recruiting impact.
