📋 Description
- • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and deliver product features that help customers manage their cloud costs.
- • Help shape built-in product content by building and iterating on AI agents that automate FinOps workflows, including anomaly detection and cost optimization tracking.
- • Learn the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and defining user stories to managing the product backlog and supporting feature delivery.
- • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature prioritization.
- • Support product releases through QA testing, documentation updates, and internal enablement activities.
- • Gain hands-on exposure to FinOps principles, cloud cost data structures, and how enterprise customers use Finout to optimize their cloud spending.
- • Work directly with experienced product managers and engineers on a technical SaaS product used by global brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft.
- • Contribute to product decisions by translating customer needs into clear requirements and actionable insights.
- • Maintain and update product documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
- • Participate in daily team workflows and product reviews while working on-site three days per week in Tel Aviv.
- • Develop proficiency in using data to drive product decisions, including querying datasets and interpreting usage patterns.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities and rapid iteration cycles.
- • Engage with real-world cloud cost challenges faced by engineering and finance teams at large organizations.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting learnings and best practices from product interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Current student in computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field with at least 2–3 semesters remaining
- • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
- • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly in writing and conversation
- • Self-starter attitude with ability to manage time and tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- • Availability to work 3 days per week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday), with at least 2 days on-site at the Tel Aviv office
