- • Optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs including DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk to maximize client performance and return on investment.
- • Develop data-driven insights from attribution modeling and third-party analytics to inform and refine client media strategies.
- • Collaborate with Business Development teams to design and propose programmatic strategies for prospective clients, translating client goals into actionable media plans.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through written, phone, and in-person communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely updates.
- • Partner cross-functionally with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated digital solutions that span display, video, and CTV formats.
- • Interpret complex deal economics, media allocation models, and advertiser investment thresholds to guide optimal spend distribution.
- • Analyze real-time bidding behaviors, ad performance metrics, and market trends to adapt campaign tactics and improve efficiency.
- • Mentor and support junior team members by providing guidance on campaign setup, optimization techniques, and platform best practices as the team scales.
- • Maintain high standards in business writing by producing clear, accurate, and persuasive client reports, proposals, and performance summaries.
- • Apply a structured approach to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- • Experiment with emerging programmatic technologies, tools, and methodologies to solve client challenges and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- • Utilize deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform technologies and programmatic ecosystem components to ensure accurate campaign execution.
- • Translate data into strategic recommendations that directly impact client growth and media effectiveness across global markets.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and campaign frameworks to enhance team scalability and client outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising within an agency environment
- • Expertise in managing campaigns on DSPs including DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk
- • Knowledge of real-time bidding, ad formats (display, video, CTV), attribution models, and Google Marketing Platform
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze numerical data and use market insights to drive business strategy
- • Strong business writing skills and experience producing high-quality client documentation
- • Structured work ethic with ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines
