• In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining our testing strategies and plans. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough manual testing of our products, ensuring seamless end-to-end user experiences. You will go beyond simply executing test cases; you will be a guardian of overall product quality, meticulously verifying that every application functions flawlessly from the end-user's perspective. • You will collaborate closely with our experienced Tech Lead, working in tandem to streamline development workflows and meticulously organize product releases. As the key decision-maker for quality assurance, you will have the authority to give the final 'green light' for each release, ensuring that only high-quality products reach our clients. Your insights and testing will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
• A significant aspect of this role involves partnering with our talented Engineers. You will work alongside them to clarify product functionalities, ensuring a deep understanding of requirements and providing them with essential testing data to support their development efforts. This collaborative approach fosters a shared responsibility for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Furthermore, you will act as a trusted partner to the Product Manager. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives and project scope, you will play a pivotal role in determining quality assurance priorities and establishing effective testing strategies that align with business goals. This strategic involvement ensures that our QA efforts are focused and impactful.

You will also work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to define test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases, integrating testing activities as a core part of the business rollout strategy.
• You will drive the testing lifecycle for AI components, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of AI-driven features. Supporting the engineering team with product and business knowledge, along with providing crucial testing data, will be a regular part of your duties. Actively participating in refinement ceremonies, providing accurate QA estimations, and uncovering potential edge cases are also vital.
• Ultimately, you will drive the entire QA process and testing lifecycle, measuring and reporting key quality metrics to the team and stakeholders, and ensuring the meticulous completion of the product launch checklist.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Proven experience using tools like Postman or similar for API testing.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test documentation, including test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a proven ability to identify and document edge cases.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
