- • Source and pipeline candidates for high-volume roles in sales, operations, and technology functions using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels
- • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment workflows including scheduling, screening, and interview coordination for multiple concurrent roles
- • Participate in candidate interviews and sit in on client-facing interviews as a representative of the recruitment function
- • Liaise with internal hiring managers and team leads to clarify role requirements, update candidate pipelines, and deliver regular progress reports
- • Maintain accurate, real-time records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
- • Draft, edit, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency, clarity, and compliance
- • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication at every touchpoint
- • Support the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks, data entry, and ad hoc coordination needs
- • Work exclusively within US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours as a fully remote team member
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to maintain seamless communication with global stakeholders
- • Adhere to strict deadlines in a metrics-driven environment with measurable KPIs for sourcing volume and pipeline growth
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with the company’s standards for quality, speed, and candidate engagement
- • Prioritize responsiveness and accuracy when managing candidate communications with US and UK-based clients and hiring teams
- • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- • Complete all application requirements including the mandatory video submission as the first step in the interview process
- • Adapt to evolving recruitment priorities across multiple verticals including sales, customer success, software engineering, and data roles
- • Actively contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and recommending streamlined recruitment practices
- • Track and report on candidate pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and sourcing channel effectiveness
- • Demonstrate initiative in learning new ATS platforms and recruitment tools as needed to support team efficiency
- • Follow all company protocols for data hygiene, candidate privacy, and compliance in recruitment documentation
