• As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist at UAB "Oxylabs", you will serve as the manager of our sales ecosystem, ensuring the engine that drives our global sales team runs without friction by maintaining data integrity and process excellence.
• You will work directly with the Sales Operations Manager to maintain Salesforce as our single source of truth, document world-class processes, and ensure billing data remains flawless through meticulous attention to detail and analytical rigor.
• You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients, including Fortune 500 companies, while collaborating with industry professionals in a team of 500+ professionals developing cutting-edge web data gathering solutions.
• We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing, enabling you to build the operational backbone of a global sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce administration or CRM systems
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
