📋 Description

• Join a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider delivering technology solutions to U.S. companies, working on a high-impact enterprise product built on modern .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Design, develop, and maintain features across the .NET ecosystem, including MVC and Web Forms frontends and backends, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups on mission-critical projects.
• Contribute to a large backlog of feature requests while adhering to a test-first culture with near 100% unit test coverage and participating in continuous improvement of enterprise-grade software.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem, with essential experience in .NET Core and familiarity with .NET Framework as a plus.
• Solid understanding of ASP.NET MVC and/or Web Forms for frontend development.
• Proven experience with modern relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ORMs such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks, including familiarity with BDD/TDD concepts and tools like Gherkin or Cucumber.
• Open to both Junior and Semi-Senior engineers seeking growth in a high-impact, technically rigorous environment.
