• • As a Junior Social Media Manager at Agent Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming the digital presence of a growing independent insurance agency with deep roots in Houston, Texas. This role is critical to scaling brand visibility and lead generation across social platforms, directly supporting the company’s expansion into Commercial Auto and Business Owners Policy (BOP) markets through strategic, high-frequency, bilingual content and paid advertising.
• • You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle for Facebook and Instagram, driving consistent engagement by creating and scheduling high-volume Reels and static posts that resonate with a primarily Hispanic audience, while laying the groundwork for expansion into emerging platforms to future-proof the brand’s digital strategy.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include producing bilingual, culturally relevant content using Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to simplify complex insurance topics into accessible, engaging stories; managing and optimizing Meta Ads Manager campaigns to drive quote inquiries and business leads through data-informed targeting and creative adjustments; maintaining and enhancing 15 Google Business Profiles to ensure accurate local SEO, timely updates, and proactive review management; and serving as the primary brand voice by responding to DMs, comments, and messages in both English and Spanish to foster community trust and engagement.
• • You will join a remote, LATAM-based team supporting a U.S.-headquartered insurance agency in a high-growth phase, where your work will directly impact customer acquisition and brand reputation across 15 physical locations.
