📋 Description
- • As a Junior Talent Partner at Carwow Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy for the Portugal/UK Operations and Sales teams, directly supporting the company’s mission to become the leading car-changing destination in Europe by driving high-quality hiring that fuels growth and innovation.
- • You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute data-informed recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals while elevating employer brand presence across Europe through community engagement, meetups, and proactive talent marketing.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and nurturing high-trust relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor who influences hiring decisions with transparency and consultant-minded partnership.
- • You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Operations and Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management, consistently raising the bar on quality of hire through disciplined, structured processes.
- • You will master and optimize the use of Carwow’s advanced ATS (Applicant Tracking System), leveraging its full capabilities to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and improve efficiency beyond basic administrative tasks.
- • You will champion hiring excellence by training and upskilling hiring managers, refining interview techniques, standardizing onboarding practices, and promoting best-in-class candidate experience across your teams.
- • You will lead DEI initiatives by collaborating with hiring teams to set measurable goals, identify barriers, and implement inclusive sourcing and selection practices that reflect Carwow’s commitment to diversity.
- • You will continuously improve recruitment processes by analyzing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative solutions — always leaving things better than you found them.
- • You will establish regular reporting cadences, building clear dashboards and sharing insights that empower hiring teams to make informed, proactive decisions and stay ahead of talent needs.
- • You will contribute to Carwow’s ambition to be recognized as a technology employer of choice by enhancing employer branding efforts, participating in industry events, and showcasing the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
