- • Proactively source qualified candidates for high-volume sales and specialized technical roles using multi-channel strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and creative outreach techniques
- • Build and maintain engaged, scalable talent pipelines for active and passive candidates across diverse functional areas
- • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate culture fit, availability, role alignment, and basic qualifications
- • Represent the recruitment function in client-facing calls and interview panels, communicating professionally on behalf of Hangar Aviation Technologies
- • Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams to align sourcing strategies with specific role requirements and business priorities
- • Track and report on sourcing activity, outreach metrics, response rates, and pipeline health using the ATS, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of job descriptions and candidate-facing messaging to improve attraction and application quality
- • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to successful handoff to hiring teams
- • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential candidates with precision and efficiency
- • Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
- • Collaborate using remote tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and an ATS platform (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) to coordinate sourcing efforts and communicate with global teams
- • Apply sourcing automation tools (e.g., Gem, Outreach) to enhance efficiency in outreach and candidate tracking, where available
- • Work remotely in alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) to ensure seamless coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
- • Demonstrate ability to work independently in a distributed team structure while adhering to process standards and communication protocols
- • Maintain accurate records and data integrity within the ATS to support reporting, analytics, and hiring decision-making
- • Respond to client feedback and adapt sourcing approaches dynamically to improve candidate quality and placement success
- • Participate in recruitment marketing efforts and candidate nurture campaigns when assigned, helping to strengthen employer brand perception
- • Adhere to strict application requirements including completion of the full application form and submission of a recorded video — failure to do so disqualifies consideration
- • Operate with professionalism and clarity in all verbal and written communications, ensuring a polished representation of the company to candidates and clients
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing or recruitment experience from within a recruitment agency (non-negotiable)
- • Proven sourcing capability across both sales and technology roles, ideally in a high-volume environment
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to hold client-facing conversations and participate in formal interviews
- • Fully remote-ready with demonstrated experience working in distributed teams across US or UK time zones
- • Proficient with remote work tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS or CRM platforms
- • Applications from candidates without agency background or US/UK remote work experience will not be considered
