📋 Description

• As a Junior Video Planner (Mensch) at WPP Media, you will support the planning and execution of TV and digital video campaigns for client portfolios, playing a key role in delivering effective media strategies that drive brand growth.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in campaign planning, selecting appropriate media channels based on performance and cost, monitoring campaign performance daily, preparing detailed reports, and acting as a central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• WPP Media is WPP’s AI-driven media operating unit, leveraging the WPP Open platform and Open Intelligence to deliver personalized, data-powered media solutions at scale for global brands, combining creativity, data, and technology to drive transformational growth.
• In this role, you will develop strong analytical and planning skills in media buying, gain hands-on experience with campaign management tools, deepen your understanding of TV and digital video landscapes, and build expertise in cross-functional collaboration within a leading global media network.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or relevant professional experience in a commercial field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Solid numerical aptitude and advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel
• Passion for TV and digital video media, including awareness of evolving formats and trends
• Fluency in German; English proficiency is a strong advantage
