📋 Description

• As a Junior Web Support Officer, you will maintain and support WordPress and WooCommerce websites, ensuring smooth performance and functionality for client sites.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing product listings, handling order configurations, maintaining checkout and payment settings, troubleshooting issues, making minor PHP updates, and performing structured deployments with proper backups.
• You will work within a supportive team at TwoConnect LLC, a company that connects Filipino professionals with global clients in Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, and Europe, offering remote work opportunities with international exposure.
• This role provides hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and web hosting environments, allowing you to grow your technical skills through guided development, AI-assisted support, and structured training programs.
