- • Rebuild and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across reassigned enterprise accounts in the Technology industry vertical
- • Execute critical renewals and ensure customer retention during transition periods for high-value enterprise clients
- • Develop and implement Day 2 strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive post-sale success and customer adoption
- • Assess territory and market potential to create data-driven sales strategies that maximize revenue growth for UiPath’s enterprise automation platform
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and agreed-upon outcomes for assigned enterprise accounts
- • Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling the enterprise automation platform using a value-based selling approach
- • Educate C-suite and Digital Transformation leaders on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath automation solutions
- • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers
- • Cultivate partnerships with local partners and global systems integrators to generate new opportunities and enable successful customer implementations
- • Partner with Customer Success Managers and extended teams to ensure customers receive maximum value and resolve issues expeditiously
- • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging products to understand customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- • Collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups to share best practices and drive collective success
- • Explore opportunities to incorporate automation into daily workflows and demonstrate its impact on operational efficiency
- • Travel up to approximately 50% to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support on-site implementations
- • Maintain deep familiarity with UiPath products and the broader enterprise automation market to provide expert guidance to customers
- • Operate with an automation-first mindset, aligning sales efforts with the transformative potential of robotic process automation
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment and over-performance
- • 7+ years of solution/value selling experience in complex enterprise environments
- • 3+ years managing strategic, high-value enterprise accounts
- • Executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- • Strong commercial aptitude, including negotiation skills and ability to avoid or turn around unfavorable deals
- • Grit, ambition, and self-starter mentality with ability to thrive independently while collaborating across teams
