📋 Description
- • As a Key Account Manager at Alan, you will handle a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Public Sector, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and displaying a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan.
- • You will proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them, ensuring successful onboarding of new accounts and promoting Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins.
- • You will analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews, identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers, renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability, and participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams.
- • You will be a great fit at Alan if most of the following sounds like you: you have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels, full working proficiency in French, at least advanced level in English, experience in dealing with very large organizations and potentially with unions, tact and empathy that make great negotiators, positive lobbying with key stakeholders and creating long-term relationships based on trust and transparency, analytical skills and ability to present deep data analysis to clients and solve complex problems, active listening skills and ability to craft the right follow-up message, and a growth mindset to adapt to new trends and develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market.
- • It is nice to have a previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits, and having experience with or within the Public Sector space.

- • At least advanced level in English
