- • Analyze partnership opportunities and close agreements with top logistics carriers to deliver optimal shipping rates and customer experience for Frenet clients.
- • Negotiate and develop strategic partnerships with logistics carriers to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- • Monitor operational KPIs of logistics carriers intermediated by Frenet to ensure performance standards are met.
- • Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends and propose actionable initiatives that drive continuous business growth.
- • Source and develop supplier relationships based on reliable numerical data to align procurement strategies with business needs.
- • Manage carrier account oversight and provide necessary operational support to ensure seamless collaboration.
- • Negotiate pricing for logistics products and services to optimize cost structures and improve margins.
- • Develop comparative cost studies to evaluate vendor options and inform strategic procurement decisions.
- • Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to design and implement departmental strategies grounded in data-driven insights.
- • Monitor international news, current events, and industry trends to anticipate market shifts and maintain competitive advantage.
- • Track, escalate, and resolve support tickets from the help desk to ensure timely resolution of carrier and client issues.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing logistics companies to foster trust and sustained collaboration.
- • Utilize CRM systems and analytical tools to manage partner pipelines, track engagement metrics, and report on partnership performance.
- • Apply knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes to tailor partnership strategies to the unique demands of digital retail.
- • Implement and refine internal processes to improve efficiency in carrier onboarding, performance tracking, and contract management.
- • Leverage Excel and presentation tools to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- • Maintain up-to-date understanding of logistics industry dynamics, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting freight operations.
- • Work in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration in São Paulo with remote work flexibility to support international stakeholders.
- • Engage with a global team environment, requiring clear communication and cultural awareness across time zones and business practices.

- • Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Technology
