• • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnoses, and craft individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method—whichever best serves each healthcare worker’s unique stressors and trauma history.
• • Leverage measurement-based care by administering and reviewing validated tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, etc.) at regular intervals, using the data to adjust interventions, demonstrate progress to clients, and contribute to Marvin’s outcomes dashboard that informs program improvements.
• • Document efficiently in Marvin’s streamlined EHR—progress notes, risk assessments, and discharge summaries—so you can spend more time in session and less time on paperwork; our Provider Success team handles scheduling, billing, and insurance follow-ups.
• • Collaborate with Marvin’s multidisciplinary team—psychiatrists, peer coaches, and crisis counselors—through secure messaging and weekly case consultation rounds, ensuring seamless, wraparound care when a client needs medication evaluation or 24/7 crisis support.
• • Participate in monthly peer consultation groups and specialty seminars (burnout, moral injury, second-victim syndrome) that are facilitated by senior clinicians and count toward your free CEU requirements.
• • Receive real-time technical and clinical back-up: if a client experiences a technology glitch or an acute safety concern, our Provider Success team jumps in so you never feel alone behind the screen.
