📋 Description

• • KYC Analyst with French (Existing clients) – ensure compliance and risk mitigation by reviewing and verifying member data, conducting account reviews, and supporting anti-money laundering efforts for Tide’s existing French-speaking SME clients
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with active members via chat and email, reviewing documentation for CDD and EDD, performing in-depth research on entities, assessing transaction activity, managing escalations, supporting off-boarding, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams on ad-hoc projects
• • Tide Platform Limited is a fast-growing fintech serving over 1.8 million SME members globally, with operations in the UK, India, Germany, and France, and a technology hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, where this role is based
