  • • As an L&D Specialist at BJAK, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a thriving workplace environment by significantly strengthening employee engagement, continuous learning, and our unique company culture across the entire organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute a comprehensive suite of programs meticulously crafted to enhance employee connection, build critical capabilities, and boost overall performance. A key aspect of your role will be to ensure that all initiatives are not only practical and seamlessly executed but also deeply aligned with the authentic operational realities and ethos of BJAK. This is a fundamentally hands-on, execution-heavy position where you will take direct ownership of critical engagement programs, learning coordination, immersive onboarding culture sessions, and impactful initiatives designed to genuinely reinforce BJAK's core values in the fabric of daily work, moving far beyond mere presentations or isolated events.
  • • You will be the central point of contact and owner for the company-wide engagement and learning calendar, a dynamic schedule encompassing crucial events such as all-hands townhalls, vibrant festive celebrations, engaging team activities, comprehensive onboarding sessions for new joiners, and impactful internal awareness campaigns. Your planning and execution of engagement programs will be end-to-end, requiring meticulous attention to detail to ensure robust participation from all employees, flawlessly smooth execution of all activities, and the delivery of a consistently positive and memorable employee experience.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve coordinating a diverse range of learning programs. These will span critical areas including technical skill development, essential soft skills enhancement, and leadership training. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across different departments to identify needs and with carefully selected external trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant learning content.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining the intricate logistics of all training activities. This includes precise scheduling of sessions, diligent tracking of employee attendance, monitoring completion rates for all programs, and undertaking basic return on investment (ROI) or effectiveness measurements to gauge the impact and success of our learning initiatives.
  • • A core responsibility is to run engaging and informative onboarding culture sessions. These sessions are designed to provide new hires with a deep and authentic introduction to BJAK's core values, the high expectations we set, and our distinctive ways of working, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and integrated from day one.
  • • You will act as a key partner to the People Operations team and various business leaders, working collaboratively to embed our unique culture, foster a robust feedback mechanism, and promote meaningful recognition into the daily practices and routines of all employees.
  • • Continuous improvement is paramount. You will be tasked with tracking key engagement and learning data, actively gathering qualitative feedback from employees and stakeholders, and using these insights to iteratively refine and enhance the quality, relevance, and overall impact of all programs you manage.
