• Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for language and a keen eye for detail? Volga Partners is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Language Data Quality Reviewer (Entry Level - Foundational L1) for our remote team, specializing in Hindi.
• In this foundational role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of the language data that powers cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. Your work will directly contribute to the development of sophisticated language models, making them more reliable, effective, and user-friendly.
• As a Language Data Quality Reviewer, you will be responsible for meticulously examining and evaluating various forms of Hindi language data. This includes, but is not limited to, transcribed audio, translated text, written content, and user-generated data. Your primary objective will be to identify and flag any errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from established guidelines and project specifications.
• You will perform detailed linguistic analysis, comparing source and target texts, assessing the naturalness and fluency of translations, and verifying the accuracy of transcriptions against audio recordings. This role requires a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, syntax, semantics, and cultural nuances to ensure that the data is not only technically correct but also contextually appropriate.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve applying project-specific guidelines and annotation instructions with precision. You will learn and adhere to complex annotation schemes, categorizing data, identifying specific linguistic features, and providing clear, concise feedback on the quality of the data.
