- • Review simple content for grammar, spelling, and clarity in both English and Singapore Malay using provided guidelines.
- • Translate short, straightforward phrases between English and Singapore Malay following step-by-step instructions.
- • Compare data against provided quality standards and flag obvious errors or inconsistencies.
- • Apply basic data labels and tags using predefined workflows and client-specific instructions.
- • Execute foundational quality checks including formatting, punctuation, and linguistic accuracy.
- • Incorporate feedback from reviewers to improve performance and maintain consistency across tasks.
