📋 Description

• As an Analytics Engineer at Infinite Lambda, you will transform complex data into actionable insights by building and maintaining production-grade dbt projects that power high-performance dashboards and self-service analytics for clients across industries.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and optimizing dbt models, collaborating with client stakeholders and BI teams to define KPIs, implementing data quality and governance practices, managing Git and CI/CD workflows, and supporting BI tool integrations to ensure analytics-ready data.
• You will join a fast-growing, globally distributed data and cloud engineering consultancy headquartered in London with expanding teams in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, working on cutting-edge data and AI technologies like dbt and Snowflake in a diverse, inclusive, and autonomous environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern data stack technologies, gain experience in client-facing consulting engagements, and contribute to meaningful data transformation projects that drive informed business decisions while growing professionally in a knowledge-sharing culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, or equivalent
• Expert-level proficiency with dbt, including ownership of full production dbt projects end-to-end (modeling, testing, documentation, CI/CD)
• Strong BI expertise with proven ability to define KPIs/metrics and build/optimize data models for dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Omni BI, or similar tools
• Advanced SQL and dimensional data modeling skills (star schemas, semantic layers, incremental processing)
• Solid experience with at least one modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks), with Snowflake as a plus
• Comfortable working independently as a contractor in client-facing environments with strong communication skills for remote, distributed teams
• Own legal entity / VAT number (or equivalent) for B2B contracting
