Launch Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Launch Manager at Miter Inc., you will guide construction contractor customers through the full onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless implementation of Miter’s AI-powered HR, finance, and operations platform. Your work directly enables contractors to build critical infrastructure faster and with greater confidence by migrating data, configuring systems, training users, and removing blockers.
• • Day to day, you will manage a book of business through end-to-end implementations, including migrating employee and payroll data from legacy systems, consulting with customers on optimal Miter configuration, providing training and product guidance to employers and brokers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve the launch process based on real-world feedback.
